Shanghai Securities News, China Securities Network — On September 13th local time, Tesla announced the launch of the residential energy storage system Powerwall 3. According to the introduction, compared to Powerwall 2, the new device is a fully integrated solar and battery system with a built-in solar inverter, allowing direct connection to solar energy for enhanced efficiency. The battery capacity can reach up to 40.5 kWh. The new device will be available to customers starting in 2024.
